We keep your elevators running. When something breaks, we’re on it. And you’ll know exactly what happened, what we did, and what comes next.

How We Prevent Problems

Preventative maintenance is all but dead in this industry. The model broke down and what’s left is mostly reactive. When something breaks, someone comes to fix it. At Valiant, every maintenance task on every elevator in our portfolio is tracked and scheduled. The work that prevents problems gets done before the problem exists.

When Something Breaks

When your elevator goes down, the clock starts immediately. You’ll know we received the call, when a technician is on the way, when they arrive, what they found, and when your elevator is back in service. Every step, documented and communicated. You won’t have to call us to find out what’s happening.
When something stops working, we’re on it. Your technician arrives with full access to your equipment history and everything needed to diagnose the problem quickly. By the time they leave, you have a full explanation of what was found and what was fixed. If the elevator isn’t back in service, you know exactly why and when we’ll be back.

Sometimes a repair requires a part. When it does, you’ll know immediately. Your options, including shipping choices and any tradeoffs between cost and time, are presented to you directly so you can make the call. From the moment the part is ordered to the moment the elevator is back in service, you know exactly where things stand.

When a repair requires a dedicated crew, the handoff is seamless. You get a confirmation that the repair department has it, a clear explanation of what’s needed, and if it’s billable, you approve it right in the app. Scheduling is built around your timeline. Soonest available, a specific day and time, or overtime for an additional fee. You choose. Every step from there is tracked and communicated until the elevator is back in service. When the work is done, you have a full record of everything that was done and why.

Testing & Compliance

Code required testing is the elevator company’s responsibility. We take that seriously. Every test on every elevator in our portfolio is scheduled in advance. You’ll know when it’s coming, you’ll have options for when it happens, and you’ll have documentation the moment it’s done. When a code issue comes up, we find it, explain it in plain language, and have a plan in motion before it becomes your problem.

Required by code and due every year. We track every annual test in our portfolio, schedule it in advance, and give you options for when it happens. You’ll have documentation the moment it’s done.

The most comprehensive code required test your elevator will undergo. We schedule it well in advance, coordinate everything required, and make sure your building is never caught off guard by an overdue test.

This test happens four times a year and requires your elevators to be temporarily taken out of service. We’ll give you advance notice so you can plan around it. If the timing doesn’t work, we’ll find a solution that does.

When a code issue comes up, we find it, translate it into plain language, and have a plan in motion quickly. You’ll know what’s needed, what’s covered, and what it will cost before anything moves forward.

We track code requirements for every elevator in our portfolio and work to get ahead of issues before an inspector finds them. When a code item comes up, we translate it into plain language, tell you what’s covered and what isn’t, and get it on the schedule quickly.

We’ll help you understand your current contract and what your options are. If you’re locked in, we’ll build a plan for when you’re ready. If you’re not, we can move quickly. Either way we’ll handle the transition so you don’t have to.

Yes. Our technicians are trained on all major makes and models of elevator equipment. We don’t work on proprietary control systems but the vast majority of equipment in the greater Puget Sound is within our scope.
