TESTING & INSPECTIONS
We take full responsibility for tracking, scheduling, and completing all code-required elevator testing on time.

  • Annual Testing: Due every year. We track these deadlines across our portfolio and schedule them well in advance, providing documentation the moment the test is complete.
  • Five-Year Testing: The most comprehensive test your elevator will undergo. We coordinate everything required to ensure your building is never caught off guard.
  • Quarterly Fire Service Testing: We provide advance notice so you can plan around the temporary service interruption. If the timing doesn't work, we'll find a solution that does.

CODE COMPLIANCE
