Our company

LOCAL ROOTS. MODERN STANDARDS.

Valiant Elevator was born in Seattle with a clear purpose: to bring a higher standard of service to the Puget Sound. Being a local partner shouldn’t mean sacrificing modern technology or professional accountability. We’ve combined decades of hands-on field experience with a system that ensures nothing is left to chance. When we say “We Show Up,” it’s verified. Every visit, every finding, and every repair documented and available to you the moment it happens.

Backed by Decades of Industry Expertise

Valiant is comprised of seasoned professionals who bring a sophisticated, owner-first mindset to every mechanical task. Our leadership and technicians have spent decades mastering both modern MRL technologies and the legacy systems found our region’s historic architecture.

Steven Bryant

Founder & President

Steven started building elevators in 1998 and has spent the years since working as a service mechanic, troubleshooter, field foreman, service manager, and consultant. He has seen this trade from every angle. He holds a journey-level elevator mechanic license and a QEI certification through NAESA, and spent years as a consultant advising building owners across the Pacific Northwest on maintenance evaluation, modernization planning, and service provider accountability. That work gave him a front row seat to the industry’s systemic failures and a clear picture of what a better model looks like. Valiant is that model.

Isaac Franklin

Modernization Manager

Isaac was born and raised in Seattle and entered the elevator trade in 2015. He has spent the years since working primarily in modernization, progressing from mechanic to adjuster to Mechanic In-Charge on projects ranging from single elevator upgrades to large multi-crew modernizations under tight deadlines. That time in the field showed him the same problems repeating themselves: jobs improperly surveyed, scheduling that sets crews up to fail, and mechanics left without direction. He joined Valiant because it’s built around solving exactly those problems.

"Our mission is simple. We want to take the guesswork out of elevator service. You should never have to wonder if a technician actually showed up or if the work was truly finished. You pay for results and we deliver them with total honesty."

Solutions for Your Building’s Success

We partner with a wide range of stakeholders across the Puget Sound, providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of:

Your time is best spent managing your property. Our system gives you a live record of every visit, repair, and code test. The moment a technician completes a task, the verified report is in your portal. When an owner asks for a status update or an auditor needs a maintenance log, you have the answer in seconds.

Managing a portfolio requires a system that scales. Our platform pulls data across all your locations into one view. Compliance status, recurring issues, long-term equipment health. It’s also a capital planning tool that helps you justify budget decisions with actual performance data, not guesswork.

An elevator is one of the most expensive assets in your building. We protect that investment through technical expertise and complete transparency. Our non-proprietary approach means you’re never locked into a single vendor, and our digital paper trail provides a permanent record of care that adds real value when it’s time for an appraisal or a sale.

Managing a residential building means answering to your residents, not just your budget. When an elevator goes down, you need answers fast and a clear timeline for when it will be back. When someone tells you it’s time for a major upgrade, you need the data to back that decision up. We give you both. Complete communication when something goes wrong and honest, documented recommendations when it’s time to make a big decision. No pressure, no surprises.
